This position is based in Lisbon but allows for remote work.
The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our shows through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our shows and, first and foremost, increase ticket sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and make a real impact on the entertainment landscape.
Requirements
– Great communication skills
– 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the live entertainment or events industry
– Excellent command in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
– Very proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
– Experience and very good understanding of mail outs with Mailchimp for campaign management and audience engagement
– Excellent experience with online ads on multiple platforms, Meta, Google, X, TikTok etc.
– Understanding of emerging technologies and trends; for example the Metaverse and its potential applications in the entertainment space
– A solid understanding with Google tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, for optimizing marketing performance and tracking key metrics
Skills
– The ability to solve problems and work under pressure
– Great with managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Great interpersonal skills that reflect in building and maintaining relationships
– Willingness to take advice when needed
Responsibilities
– Develop, execute and follow up marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and audience engagement across multiple markets
– Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
– Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams
– Keeping budgets on each project in order
– Make overviews of projects
