My favourite Trevor moment is from his āWhere was Iā special. The joke about Usain Bolt when he says (in a Jamaican accent) that was an amazing race, and now Iām going to do it, Butterfly styleā. Then proceeds to doing the funniest butterfly dance/hoping across stage!
Also his throwback comedy shows in South Africa were pretty hilarious! The jokes about the fake sign language guy at the Olympics. Also the interpretation of the South African airport staff on the intercoms šš. āIf you go at 3 youāll find nothing ehh?!ā
One of my favorite Trevor Noah moments is “How the British took over India” because it brilliantly combines history with comedy in a way that highlights the absurdity of colonialism. As a south Asian person myself I found this particular bit hilarious.
Itās a perfect example of how Trevor uses satire to educate and entertain, making history feel both relevant and ridiculously funny. Plus his accents crack me up every time!
My favourite Trevor piece is his piece on Trophy hunting. That was an absolute masterpiece from the joke on him wondering if there is a plus size lion that is always celebrating because it was not targeted by Trophy hunters. To the joke about how Trophy hunters assume that Africans waited for the white man to come hunt animals for them so as to provide food.
My second fav is his joke on French football players and the response from the French gvt.
My third favourite is his joke on people who play underwater sports then complain when they are attacked by Sharks. He compared it to imagining Africans going for roller skating at Kruger national park then complaining that a lion attacked them.
I would have really loved to see him as my birthday is on the 25th of June
My favourite Trevor Noah moment has to be when he tells the story about visiting his gran in Soweto ā the police sirens start up, he panics, and she just says, āTheyāre not looking for you, Trevor.ā Absolute classic. And then thereās the one with his mum chasing down a minibus in full multilingual mum mode ā itās hilarious, but thereās so much heart in it too. Trevor doesnāt just make you laugh, he makes you feel like youāve lived those stories with him. Seeing him live in London would honestly be such a joy. Iāll even put on my posh laugh for the occasion (knowing me, I’ll probably be cackling and forget all thoughts of remotely acting posh)š¤£š¤

I chose the one above : how the British conquered India.
So where are my winning tickets ? š
I like the South African airport employee on the loudspeaker.
Please Trevor add in stuff about Elon Musk and the āwhite on white SA violence š¤·āāļø ) that his brother talks about š¤ š
So happy he added an extra show! Favourite moment is imitation of airline crew specially British airways! Nailed it!!
Favourite moments are too many to mention. The way he can mimic different accents, the stories about growing up around his Gogo and his love of her roots and language, his first realisation of racism and just the candid and unapologetic way he tells his jokes. Trevor is definitely a good story teller. Also he comes up with very intelligent jokes, not everyone can pull it off. The early shows in London were really my favourite as it was so up close and personal (different from Greenwich 02 vibe) but London will always love him in whatever formart. The pictures he painted on how South Africa was growing up, are definitely worth listening to. Also the cream on top was watching some members of the audience getting uncomfortable with some home truths, as it takes so much confidence and he has it in buckets. It’s also my sister’s birthday on 26th June so what’s the best way to enjoy it? Laugh away the stress and thought of aging, listening to brah Trevor and remember the good, the bad and the ugly in one night…
I am a big fan of Trevor Noah. I enjoy almost every of his jokes each time I have had the chance to watch him. During his last UK tour at the O2 Arena, in one of his jokes he highlighted certain distinctions between American and UK rappers. In his analysis, he pointed out that UK rappers who claim to be ghetto boys still sound very educated in their rap and so on. The way he delivered the joke masterfully, both caused a tumultuous laughter and created a sensed atmosphere of pride for every Brit watching š
I loved every episode of Trevorās The Daily Show, including the pandemic hoodie days! He just speaks common sense and it was so refreshing to see someone on an American show who had worldly experience and views. My favourite was probably when he paid tribute to the women in his life that raised him, too often the unsung heroes. Miss seeing you Trevor but long may you be a success.
My favourite moment was when Trevor explained that his dog Fifi was death not silly as him and his family have assumed.
My Favourite Trevor Noah moment is “How the british took over India”
My favourite Trevor moment? Well when my mates and I were at university in the early to mid-2000s. We frequently supported open-mic and comedy nights at South African comedy clubs hosted by Joe Parker and the Supersport show bar. One such place, Carnival City in the East Rand of Gauteng, happened to host a young up- and comer, a ‘Trevor Noah’ who at that time was in the South African radio scene. This guy was hilarious, waxing lyrical about his experiences growing up as mixed race in South Africa. While still refining his style, nobody was spared his acerbic wit. We followed the astronomical explosion of his early career in South Africa, what transformed from these mic-spots to sold-out solo shows at theatres in Johannesburg (the Civic-, Gold Reef City- and Montecasino). I also owned all the DVDs (the Daywalker, Crazy Normal, That’s Racist etc). Trevor moved over to the US and time has gone on and my family and I have relocated to the UK. It would feel like a touch of home to get this opportunity to see Trevor – I know he won’t be responsible for reading these and will probably miss this message but either way, thank you for being part of my youth and I hope to get to see this.
My favorite moments with Trevor Noah are all momentsāI just love his humour! š¤© Iād love to win the ticket! š Anyway, I remember one hilarious moment at the O2 Arena when he showed us how Black people canāt swim and White people canāt dance. It was such a funny bit, and I still remember it clearly!
Thank you for considering me for this competition! āØšāØ Wish me luck! š¤©
