I want to win these for my 83 yr old neighbour who is a massive Trevor Noah fan. She’s a very generous & charitable person who does great work in our community
One of Trevor’s early performances back in South Africa, Day Walker. That show earned me my nickname ‘DW’ because of my initials and it’s stuck ever since .
When Trevor met Busta Rhymes at the 65th annual Grammy Awards. This meeting was captured in a video shared by Noah on Instagram, where he approached Busta also named Trevor, singing along to Busta’s song “What It Is” word for word with him, seamlessly without skipping!
It was amazing that despite being a celebrity himself, he was humble enough to show his excitement and give him praise!
A moment that made me laugh was a skit Trevor Noah did of his mother being shot and needing urgent care. I love how most of his comedy is so relatable!!
My favourite is his bit about the sign language interpreter
Difficult to choose one. I really enjoy his imitation of accents. The monologue where he talks about people warning him not to lose his accent is hilarious.
Loved his stripped back surprise appearance at the Top Secret Comedy Club. Would love to surprise my wife with tickets.
One of my all-time favorite Trevor Noah moments is when he talks about Olympic swimmers and how ridiculous it would be if Usain Bolt ran races the way swimmers do laps—sprinting, then suddenly stopping to hop back to the start in butterfly style. The way Trevor acts it out—literally hopping, flailing, and doing this exaggerated butterfly-jump across the stage—I was crying laughing!!
He doesn’t just tell a joke, he becomes it. That moment had me howling and also wondering why nobody ever thought to question how weird swimming races actually look.
“Trevoorrrr Nooahh the comedian” one of my favorite stand ups ever when Trevor had voice surgery and a nurse was so mean and funny and told him laughter is the best medicine … I have been a fan of Trevor from way back followed him on the daily show and listen to his podcast would love to see him live
A huge fan of Trevor since I read his book ‘Born a crime’. To date i recommend and lend it to friends and family. Also hia daily show during covid made the hard times fun. Hope i win x
Southern Affrican living in the UK here! Favorite moment is so hard cause there are soo many! I think it’ll have to be the vernacular “I’m going to bite you” “ooooo please don’t bite me!” 🤣 It reminds me of the first time watching it with mum and dad and we were DYING with laughter. Such a happy memory for my family and I x
So many good ones but if I had to choose a favorite it would be the one with the Russian and Indian accent. Never been to a live show and would love to attend one.
