LIAM WITHNAIL

Liam Withnail is an Edinburgh based stand-up comedian, Scottish Comedy Award winner and resident MC at the Monkey Barrel. He has over 10million TikTok/Instagram views and hosts popular podcast Enjoy an Album, alongside Christopher Macarthur-Boyd.

His 2023 Edinburgh Fringe show ‘Chronic Boom’ was a runaway success, received widespread critical acclaim, including five stars from The Independent and four stars from The Times and Chortle, amongst many others. The detailed the emotional story of facing up to a chronic illness and reckoning his new reality during a hospital stay.

ANDRE DE FREITAS

André a stand up comedian and actor.

Having then discovered stand-up comedy, André moved to the UK for 5 years until Brexit, when he left to perform comedy around the world.

In 2023 André returned to the UK where he made history by being the first ever Portuguese comedian to perform a solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His debut show – ‘What If’ was critically acclaimed, having received a number of 5 star reviews and also made the list of the funniest jokes of the 2023 Fringe by The Telegraph.

André has, so far, supported Jim Gaffigan, Jim Jefferies, Alan Carr, Russell Peters and TJ Miller on tour around the World.

TIFF STEVENSON

Tiff is an internationally acclaimed actor, comedian and writer.  

As an actor she is best known for her roles as a series regular on 5 seasons of the BAFTA winning PEOPLE JUST DO NOTHING (BBC/NETFLIX) , GAME FACE (Channel 4/Hulu)  as well as a guest starring on shows including THE OFFICE (BBC), WHITE GOLD (BBC), THE COCKFIELDS (UK GOLD) & FOOTBALLERS WIVES (ITV2). On her role in PEOPLE JUST DO NOTHING the Independent newspaper said ‘Character actor and stand-up comedian Tiff Stevenson, has given the show multiple new layers’.

This year Tiff also made her US film debut in the comedy horror SLOTHERHOUSE coming out on 12th February.

As a comic she is known as one of the rare female regulars on BBC’s MOCK THE WEEK. She was also the first British female comic to become a correspondent on a satirical show when she joined Logie winning Australian series THE WEEKLY.

As a stand up Tiff has performed multiple times at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, 4 of her solo shows have landed in the ‘Top 20 Best Reviewed’ . She has toured in the US and has appeared at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and the Melbourne International Festival.
